As part of the Technical Experts Center Team my role is to provide End to End solution support, perform on site support introduce and specify services for customer to increase the OAM capabilities.
Specification and architecture definition for converged OAM solution (GSM/LTE/UMTS)
Feature owner for several news features to be designed on the new converged network management system (LMS), including smallCell management and LTE network elements.
Specification and design of several plugins and applications on top of 5620 SAM network management system to enhance operator efficiency and operability.
On site support:
- 1 week Orange Poland: Add Secondary Main Server and upgrade Regional Operation Centre
- 1 week Orange France: introduction and support of UA 5.1.
- 4 weeks Orange Israel: On site training for local engineers and support for UA 5.1 upgrade.

As a part of the Global Support Team my mission is to provide End to End OAM system expertise support including GSM/UMTS support to customers and Verification Office teams. I also contributed as security GPS SME (Subject Matter Expert) my role is to detect, define and notify any security issue on Nortel Equipments.
Special missions:
10 weeks participation within the UMTS system validation teams:

- UIIV Load/soak (ORANGE) V4.0 (Mycom protima signaling counters treatment)

NRP/NOA Team leader

The team mission:
Specification and design of new procedures for BSS and GPRS network reconfiguration.
Developed Tools to help operators perform several reconfiguration on the BSS network (Site reparenting, BSC reparenting, LAC, PCM and TEI reconfiguration).
Specified tools to activate new features on the OMC-R such as EDGE, AMR, GPRS, NMO1 and CellTiering,
Introduced new innovative configuration tool to secure configuration procedures and reduce operations cost for the operators (Reparenting using drag and drop feature).
Designed and developed the BSC 2G to BSC e3 equipments migration procedure.
Adapted new OMC-R plug-ins to reconfigure the GPRS network,
Example: adding Gb/Agprs links, adding card to increase traffic capacity and dynamic query of the GPRS objects.

ELIPSE Designer

Specification and design of new software simulation module for CDMA Cellular System.
6 months research and define algorithm specification to simulate a CDMA network coverage module.
Elaborated a CDMA network introduction course and trained the company engineers.
Designed the module to calculate the CDMA networks coverage using ELIPSE application
