NRP/NOA Team leader

Year: 1998-3/2004, Place Paris: France, Company: Nortel Networks Europe - Wireless

The team mission:
Specification and design of new procedures for BSS and GPRS network reconfiguration.
Developed Tools to help operators perform several reconfiguration on the BSS network (Site reparenting, BSC reparenting, LAC, PCM and TEI reconfiguration).
Specified tools to activate new features on the OMC-R such as EDGE, AMR, GPRS, NMO1 and CellTiering,
Introduced new innovative configuration tool to secure configuration procedures and reduce operations cost for the operators (Reparenting using drag and drop feature).
Designed and developed the BSC 2G to BSC e3 equipments migration procedure.
Adapted new OMC-R plug-ins to reconfigure the GPRS network,
Example: adding Gb/Agprs links, adding card to increase traffic capacity and dynamic query of the GPRS objects.

6 months research and define algorithm specification to simulate a CDMA network coverage module.
